Marketing/letting of real estate and premises
We can assist you through the whole process – from the original hatching of an idea to real estate/premises being let to full capacity – either by taking on the whole project ourselves or complementing your own organization with carefully chosen marketing services. We can easily customize our model, the extent of our work and our payment system to the particular conditions and potential difficulties that prevail in any one property.
We take care of the whole process – from analysis and appraisal, hatching an idea and planning marketing activities all the way through to implementing such activities and the work involved in letting the property until it has reached full capacity. We help in the conveyance of commercial real estate. We can either take care of the whole process ourselves or in cooperation with our business partners – all the way from the idea and strategy phase, through the production of sales material, searching for potential buyers/sellers to drawing up of contracts. Through our efforts to actively find tenants, we have already established a wide network of prospective buyers/sellers.
Thanks to this wide network, we can also work over the whole country, though with the main emphasis on Greater Stockholm and the Mälardal region.
